- Subscribership is free of cost, so you can go to main website, then top menu, My Account menu, and then click on Register.
- Provide basic information name, email and contact number and click on button
- You will receive an email regarding credentials of your account. In same time, Administrator will also receive an email and he will approve your account.
- After approval, you can login to your account with the credentials in sent email to you
- Further, you can update your profile or password
- After login to your account, you can go to top menu "My Account", and then click on "Update Password".
- Here you need to give your old password and new password twice
- After clicking on button, your new password will be applicable
- Go to top menu "My Account' and then click on "Retrieve password"
- Type your correct email and press button "Reset"
- An email will be sent to your account with a temporary password
- You need to log-in with that and then change your password
Process of joining Pakistan agile development society is very simple. All we need is to have like minded, agile people on board as volunteer in order to steer the day to day progress of society agenda which is promoting agility in society, in IT industry particular. We advertise and make regular posts about our upcoming events on all social media platforms.
There are following ways to join society:
- Become member of society via membership process initiation from pakistan agile development society web portal.
- Attending the society event which can be either workshop/Seminar/Annual conference
- Show your interest to Chapter coordinatoir, volunteer, core committe member.
- Share your contact details including, Name, Phone number, organization details, email ID or profile link for corresponding with you.
- An active participation in all society events which can be workshop/Seminar/conference/monthly meetups.
- It is required to give around 6-8 hours per month to society to perform all assigned tasks.
- Correspond on whatsapp group about all discussion threads which shows your intent of interest in society and its cause.
- Perform all tasks which are assigned to you in subject to workshop/seminar/conference.
- Attendance in monthly meetups is mandatory.
- Please inform well before time in case you can not make to any meetup.
- Absence in three consecutive meetups would leads you to lost your volunteer status.
- Once you are confirmed as volunteer mutual probable mutual benefits would be shared with you.
There is no direct recruiting criteria to elect some one as core committee members. core committee members are elected on start of every year from list of all active and performing volunteers from previous year by advisory board members, Executive Director, Core committee member.
Criteria of selecting core committee member is as follows,
- At least served society as volunteer for last one year.
- At least attending 3 workshops/seminars and annual conference.
- At least 75% of meetup has been attended by that Volunteer.
- At least 3 hours per month has been given on social media/whatspp group.
- Performed very well for all assigned tasks from society subject to yearly workshops/seminar/conference.
- Majority of advisory board and existing core committee members are agreed to induct that volunteer as core committee member.
- After logged-in to your account, Go to top menu "My Account" and then "Attended Events"
- A list will be shown of all events/conferences/workshops etc with respect to its date
- Select the check box for the event you have attended and click on "Submit" at bottom
- After approval of Administrator, it will be shown in your Dashboard and you can download your Digital Certificate
- Note : Administrator will verify with the event's day attendance list and then approve this activity.
- You need to move to contact page
- Mention all details regarding payment that need to update payment details regarding event bla bla bla
- Write here all correct information which you want to rectify like payment date, amount etc
- Ticket request will be generated on your contact request
- Administrator will verify the details of payment and update your payment account
- Administrator will also inform you via ticketing system
- Log-in or register at www.agile.org.pk
- In case of registration, after admin approval you need to do Log-in
- On dashboard, go to top menu My Account -> Attended Events
- Mark that event which you attended and submit
- You can see now a message in dashboard regarding submit feedback
- After feedback and admin approval, your certificate will be downloadable
- Go to dashboard, bottom area where all events are listed
- Click on an icon which looks like a LINK and having title "Generate Certificate"

- Go to Contact Page
- Submit form with text that you want certificate of "event name"
- An invoice will be generated of amount PKR 200/- to you
- After payment confirmation, Our team will initiate process of your certificate printing and inform you the status
- Also, add your postal address so we can post on your given address
Send us an request at contact@agile.org.pk to get your PDUs certificate for an event you have attended.
After getting certificate, go to your PMI panel:
- Type : Course/Training
- Organization : Pakistan Agile Development Society
- Activity : EVENT NAME
- Contact : contact@agile.org.pk
- Discussion talk : should include all titles of conference talks. (also mentioned on PDU certificate)
