An experienced professional with more than 4 years of working in the software quality assurance domain. I am Quality Advocate and feel joy in taking ownership of the products to deliver the best experience to end-user. I have grown my skills in designing, implementing QA processes, testing web, desktop and mobile applications including APIs. I have also taken hands-on experience in automation, performance testing tools, and creating performance statistics reports. ​My enchantment in quality assurance is facilitating users with quality software and swift resolution to their problems. Currently, I'm working as SQA Engineer at Conure Telecom Services, building unique products that are helping cities to transform into smart cities! I'm deeply passionate about creating loved and trusted products that help people navigate to their target with minimizing time and hassles. Previously, I worked at DataCheck Limited as a QA Officer and Technical Writer, improving products and services for the members including banks and financial institutions by providing advanced analytics and applications to give insights to them about their customers, and implementation of new functionalities. I was also involved in creating and maintaining technical documents and user manuals. If you catch me outside of work, I'm an active participant in local and international testing communities - and an avid lover of pets!
